You must be a valid end-user business or Government Entity to be approved as a Verified Member. Your business telephone number must be able to be verified against your business name for verification.

Shipping charges are calculated on the total price of your order. There is free shipping and handling on orders of $300.00 or more, $12.00 shipping for orders less than $50.00 and $15.00 shipping charge on all other orders.
Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States of America.
6% sales tax are required on all sales shipped within the state of Michigan unless exempt (such as a Government Agency).
The restocking and order cancellation fee is 18%.
